Hey all. Bought my Pavilion 1240ep on July 2009 and for working I needed to purchase Windows Vista 64 and install on it. The problem is that HP at that time hadn’t even released the 1240ep website for drivers. A few weeks after this, the website was release with only a few drivers, not all.
The problem is that I can’t find the drivers for HP computers with AMD Turion X2 Ultra 64 processor. Since I installed the Vista 64 I still can’t get the memory card reader’s driver, the infrared driver and there are still 2 unknown devices showing on Device Manager.
Does HP sells computers with AMD processors but doesn’t provide support or drivers at all?
So the laptop came with Vista 32 and I shouldn’t use it as I need to work, with the operational system I’ve payed for?
Anyone with AMD Turion X2 to give me a hand on where to get the drivers I need?

Have you tried running Windows Update and seeing if there is any optional updates for your computer, sometimes you may find Device Drivers on Windows Update in the Optional Updates tab.
